Easy Peasy Green Beans

For this super simple recipe, I prefer to use canned green beans, but fresh or frozen will work, just cook them first.

2 cans whole green beans
2 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp pepper
Salt to taste 

Heat both cans of green beans (or the equivalent of fresh or frozen, fully cooked) and drain any liquid.  

On low heat, add butter and allow to melt, gently stirring so as not to burn.  Once the butter is melted, add the cream cheese and pepper.  Work it through until there are no large lumps of cream cheese left and all the beans are coated.  Salt to taste and serve.
