Almond Flour Bread #3 (Paleo)
Ingredients
3 cups almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
6 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
7 large eggs
1-1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1-1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 pkt Stevia (or liquid equivalent)
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine dry ingredients until well combined. Add in the eggs, one at a time, then the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended.
Lightly coat a 9x5 bread pan with coconut oil. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is browned and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before releasing from the pan and slicing.
